Our beef is produced in Hat Creek, California, in the grasslands between Mt. Lassen and Mt. Shasta. Our beef have been developed through years of careful genetic selection. They receive no hormones and are not fed antibiotics, ruminant or any animal by-products. Each is hand fed a special diet of corn, and hay grown right here with the same careful standards. We hope you enjoy our locally grown, exceptional quality beef.

All of our products are federally inspected and quality grades of Prime and Top Choice by our butchers. The ground beef is 87% lean and patties are double ground, to ensure a great barbecue experience with beef that is delicious, holds it's shape and doesn't crumble..

Each steak and roast is hand cut and aged for a minimum of 25 days, to ensure they are tender and tasty. Thaw them out and toss them on a hot barbecue. You'll savor every bite!!

The roasts, flank steak and even the stew meat, can be barbecued, roasted or prepared how you choose. Our genetics, aging and special feeding program gives each cut superb marbling for moistness, tenderness and flavor.

Our teriyaki sticks come from a special recipe, processed by our friends at Johansen's Meat. They are a natural snack made without any filler, so you can enjoy them knowing you are eating pure beef!
